Hi, and welcome to Bridgetown Glass! Our names are Breezy and Loric Riggs; we specialize in glass made in our beautiful city of bridges; Portland, Oregon. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at orders@bridgetownglass.com.

Rods are sold singly... the prices are competitive with per-pound prices on the market, but you can choose to buy as many or as few as you'd like.

Domestic (lower 48-state) customers can choose between UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail shipping - UPS is substantially less expensive, but Priority Mail is a bit faster. Orders from Alaska and Hawaii will be sent by Priority Mail only. Please select the "USPS Priority" shipping option at checkout.

We will ship Canadian glass orders via USPS ground. If you're Canadian, please select "USPS Priority Canada" at checkout. Other international orders will be sent USPS Global Priority; please select"USPS Global Priority at checkout. All orders in 1-3 Business days. (We're closed on weekends) Please note on International orders we are not responsible for Customs fees or Exchange rates.

If you have any problems with your shipment, we will do everything we can to make it right. Lost or broken shipments will be replaced. Refunds will either be issued by Paypal or by check (for credit card purchases).
About Bullseye:
Nothing competes with the incredible range of colors! The rods measure about 18", and are approximately 4-5mm. There are approximately 18 rods per pound. Bullseye is COE 90; anneal between 955-990.

About Uroboros:
The quality of this glass is absolutely marvelous; it's a furnace glass at heart so it's compatible with Reichenbach and other frits used in glassblowing. The rods measure about 19.5 to 20", and are approximately 5-6mm. There are approximately 12-13 rods per pound. Uroboros is COE 96; anneal between 940-980.

We accept credit cards and Paypal only. Sorry, no walk-in sales. Please note, we do not take orders by phone, but we will be happy to return your call and answer questions. We may not be able to return your phone call the same day, so if you have an urgent question, please email us.

Rods are sold singly... the prices are competitive with per-pound prices on the market, but you can choose to buy as many or as few as you'd like. Make sure you have cookies enabled... the shopping cart uses cookies to keep track of what you've added, so if you have yours set to expire after a certain amount of time, say an hour, it will wipe out your cart.

If you place more than one order, we will combine orders whenever possible, and refund your extra shipping either by Paypal or by check (for credit card purchases).

Domestic shipping to the lower 48 is UPS Ground or USPS Priority. International, territory, Canada and HI/AK packages are sent USPS Global Priority. PLEASE NOTE that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, so if you are having your package shipped to a P.O. box, you must select the UPPS Priority USA Shipping option, which will charge you the USPS Priority rate.

We ship domestic packages every day except Saturday and Sunday. Even when we're very busy, all orders are packed and shipped within three business days. If you order after noon on Friday, your order will not be shipped until the following Monday, just so you know! Please note, on International orders we are not responsible for matters involving Customs Fees or Exchange Rates.
